Building an audience.
Focusing on reach, clicks, or visibility.
You’re probably marketing.
And that’s not wrong.
Marketing = Attention.
It’s loud. It’s fast.
It’s a great starting point.
But branding?
Branding is the reason they remember you after they scroll.
Branding = Trust
The story you tell.
The feeling people get when they hear your name, even when you're not in the room.
Marketing says “Look at me.”
Branding says “This is who I am.”
The world is full of marketing.
What we’re craving is more meaningful brands.
And I believe people are the brands of tomorrow.
So here’s the question I ask teams, founders, and future leaders everywhere:
Are you personal marketing or are you personal branding?
